DAY ONE– Getting Started
What to bring the first day: Plan on bringing and apron, if you like, and whatever supplies you prefer to use in taking notes. I don't mind you taking pictures or tape recordings to help you recall what was covered in class.
Review material for each day will be posted below. Any video clips will be links to my Vimeo site - similar to YouTube but without the ads. You won't be able to download these and most will be without sound. They are intended simply to give you a visual review of any projects we covered during the day or similar examples.
