Miniature suits of armor are put on display annually for Boys Day in Japan. This example consists of the helmet, face mask, torso and wings, arm and leg protections, and footwear, along with a lacquered box, the wood stand upon which the body rests, and lastly, a larger plain wooden box for storage.
