Shipping is calculated by computer and is not always accurate. When in doubt, feel free to email me a list of the items you would like to order, and I'll get back to you with an accurate amount. Another option is to place the items you'd like in your cart, take a picture of your screen with the order, and email it to me. If you use the web page shipping algorithm and are overcharged, I'll certainly notify you and refund the difference.

kasuri tape, ikat tape
Long ago, bamboo sheaths were used to protect segments of thread in kasuri dyeing. Far more accessible and easy to use,  this vinyl tape is the most commonly used tape resist in Japan.

The selection has changed.  The new sizes are 200m and 500m rolls. Lot's more colors to make it easier to sequence complex designs!
 
The arrange of colors allows you to keep track dye layers, allowing for a broad range of compound colors and complex designs.
 
The minimum Flat Rate Priority envelope will hold up to ten spools of the 200m rolls and six of the 500m rolls. Ordering more than one at a time will significantly reduce the relative cost of each. OK to mix and match - email me at John@JohnMarshall.to if you have any questions.
